Instructional supports are weaved throughout adaptive and targeted maths practice. When students get a question wrong, they will automatically be presented with a mix of guided practice examples (when available) and/or hints. Students can also select the light bulb to see the hint at any time. Students can also select the question mark to access a guided practice example or the light bulb to see the hint.
Guided Practice Examples
With Guided Practice, a worked example appears on the screen, and each step requires the student to engage by answering a quick question to get them to think about and comprehend each step of the strategy.

Hints are available for all questions.
Academic Vocabulary
Students are able to select underlined academic vocabulary to view or hear a definition in guided questions and prompts.
Language Customisation
Students whose language is set to Spanish can toggle the language of both Adaptive Practice and Targeted Practice questions between Spanish and English.
